What's included in the challenge pool?
Our pool includes 300+ challenges across 13 categories: Web Exploitation, Binary Exploitation, Reverse Engineering, Cryptography, Forensics, Steganography, OSINT, Cloud Security, Hardware/IoT, Miscellaneous, Web3/Blockchain, Real CVE-Based, and more. All challenges are difficulty-tagged from beginner to expert.
Can I add my own challenges?
Absolutely! Enterprise and Custom tiers include custom challenge development. You can also integrate your own challenges into our platform. We'll help with containerization and deployment.
How does billing work?
We charge per event. 50% upfront when you book the date, 50% before event launch. For recurring events or annual contracts, we offer significant discounts. Contact us for volume pricing.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 14 days before the event at no cost. Within 14 days, we charge a 25% rescheduling fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable (upfront payment).
Do you support international events?
Yes! Our infrastructure has served participants from 30+ countries. We support multi-timezone events and can deploy region-specific infrastructure for low latency.
What kind of support do you provide?
Essential tier gets email support with 12-hour response time. Enterprise gets dedicated Slack/Discord channel with 2-hour response. Custom tier gets 24/7 priority support with on-call engineers.
